YOGA FOR WELLBEING
Relax, stretch, energise
In our modern, fast paced way of life it can be difficult to find time to take a break from doing, to relax and focus on your own wellbeing - whether that's physical or emotional. Yoga gives you the space to do just that.
My classes are Hatha yoga based and suitable for all levels whether you are just starting yoga or have been practising for a while. By combining the use of the breath with movement and physical postures you'll benefit from improved flexibility, strength and mobility, as well as having time for relaxation.
I offer classes online via Zoom and when we are able to meet in person in Wirksworth and the local area as well as 1to1 sessions. Check the classes page for information about class times. If you would like to practice your own at home then my online classes page has some videos to guide you.
