Yoga is my passion and I love being able to share the benefits of practice for physical and emotional wellbeing.
I discovered yoga as a means of relaxation and relieving stress and physical tension at a time when my mind and body were maxed out. At first the effects were purely physical (or so I thought) but over time yoga has changed my perceptions of myself and my surroundings and led me to some life changing decisions.
When I'm not teaching I love to be doing anything that gets me out and about - walking, cycling, snowboarding or just hanging out with lovely people and sharing tea and cake, or maybe something with bubbles!
I completed my Yoga Alliance 200 hour teaching qualification in June 2016 and then moved to the beautiful Peak District where I am now grateful to be sharing the joys of yoga in my local community. My yoga learning is ever continuing and I regularly attend classes, workshops and training sessions to develop my knowledge further.
