I am now running virtual online classes on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you would like more information about these classes please email me or give me a call.
All my classes are running live on Zoom and are also recorded so you can benefit even if you are unable to join us live. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a while everyone is welcome.
