All my classes are running live on Zoom and are also recorded so you can benefit even if you are unable to join us live. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a while everyone is welcome.

   MONDAY   10 - 11AM

Monday morning refresh and go! Start your week with a gentle Hatha Yoga based class, suitable for all levels.

        WEDNESDAY   10 - 11AM

Hatha Yoga based class with more energetic flowing sequences. Suitable for all levels.

THURSDAY   6 - 7PM

A slower paced class to wind down your week, suitable for all levels.

All classes are hosted on Zoom. If you've not used it before I've written some guidelines and questions which might help.

You can pay for a class individually - £8, or buy a class pass for £45 which will give you unlimited access to classes until the beginning of June. The class pass also gives you access to a video library of yoga practices. 

If you'd like to join a class here's what to do:

  1. Email me for registration and payment details.

  2. Choose your class and register for a link to join. 

  3. You'll receive a confirmation email with joining instructions.

  4. Make payment for your class.

  5. When the time comes click on the link you've been sent to join your class.
