A more relaxing, gentle class with a longer relaxation to finish.

All classes are recorded and you will be sent a link to view after each class. Recordings are available for one month so you can catch up if you miss the class (as long as you have registered) or rewatch as often as you like :-)

Payment

You can pay for a class individually - £8, or buy a class pass for £25 which will give you unlimited access to classes until 23 June. The class pass also gives you access to a video library of yoga practices.
